Laser
Cutting
Our twin Mazak 3015 Neo lasers with 15,000 Watts of dual-core fiber technology deliver high-power cutting, advanced beam shaping, and precise control. Backed by a stand-alone high-pressure air system, we process both ferrous and non-ferrous material even up to 1" thick, Grade 50 steel. Our automated 24-shelf steel processing system processes over 156,000 lbs of material lights-out, making us extremely competitive against older industry technologies that are still leveraging expensive shield gases, such as nitrogen, and tethered to legacy manual material handling.
Cutting
Our Hypertherm 5-axis bevel head plasma cutter features a 10' x 20' table, offering superior 3D and large-plate cutting capabilities for complex and heavy-duty applications.
Etching
The Epilog Fusion Pro Laser System provides high-definition, high-speed laser etching for nameplates and serialized parts, allowing for hours of unattended operation on a large-capacity table.
Welding
Excellence
We specialize in advanced welding techniques, including GMAW, MCAW (both conventional and pulsed), and sub-arc processes using 5/64” to 1/8” hardwire. Our in-house capacitive stud welding capabilities ensure precision and superior finished part quality.

- 10-foot, 100-ton manual Safan Darley E-Brake for larger, small-batch parts
- 4-foot, 35-ton manual Safan Darley E-Brake for rapid small-part production
- 10-foot, 170-ton manual Baykal CNC hydraulic press for thicker, larger parts
- Three, 10-foot hydraulic CNC plate rollers for precision rolling
