Andy holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. He has been a senior executive with a number of energy sector distribution companies and brings significant industry experience to the group.

Brad has a post-secondary education from Westervelt College in Business Administration, and from Mohawk College in Industrial Lubrication. He is a certified member of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers. Before joining SLEEGERS in 2022, Brad spent over 30 years in various senior executive positions in Petroleum, Transportation and Airport industry management.

Chad has over 30 years of leadership experience in the areas of welding, fitting, and fabricating in the manufacturing industry of structural, custom fabrication, transportation, military, pressure vessels, piping and leadership. He has Six Sigma green belt manufacturing and methodologies training, and possesses numerous CWB and TSSA welding tickets to compliment his years of practical experience.

Colin has a Masters of Business Administration and an Honours of Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. Prior to joining SLEEGERS in 2024, Colin worked in the sports and entertainment industry in a management capacity and, more recently, as a management consultant operating in the heavy metals and energy sectors, focusing on operational effectiveness, organizational excellence, and driving lasting change.

Dan holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining SLEEGERS in 2008, Dan spent 27 years focused on the growth and development of several other successful businesses within the energy sector.

Fay is responsible for financial and administrative oversight of P38 and its affiliates. She holds an Honours degree in Chartered Accountancy from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and Canada. Prior to joining P38 Inc., Fay held senior financial and administration roles in other privately held enterprises as well as a long tenure serving clients in public practice at a national accounting firm. Fay is fluently bilingual in English and French.

Joe brings extensive expertise in Codes and Standards regulatory compliance to P38 and its affiliates. A Mechanical Engineer with a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies, Joe is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, as well as a Fellow Engineer Canada, a member of the Order of Honour PEO and a holder of the Award of Merit from CSA. He has built many positive relationships in the pressure and propane industry fields and amongst various North American regulatory bodies throughout his career. Joe has been with the P38 group of companies since 1986 and has past experience as a member of various industry committees.

Nicole brings over ten years of experience in brand and marketing management, with a background spanning multiple industries. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and has led strategic initiatives focused on building brand visibility and driving business growth. Nicole joined SLEEGERS to lead marketing efforts that connect innovation, storytelling, and purpose.

Ryan has over two decades of dedicated experience in IT project management and enterprise governance. Ryan leverages technology as a powerful catalyst for progress.

Ryan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Canada. He is a member of several codes and standards committees focusing on improving safety and preparing for the future of the pressure vessel and propane industries within CSA and UL. His experience is focused in design, engineering, and risk management within the pressure vessel, manufacturing, and propane industries.

With her background in Human Resources, Business Development and Relationship Management, Sandy has built strategic partnerships in multiple corporations and is a graduate of the Ivey Executive Program. Sandy spent over 30 years in food service distribution prior to joining SLEEGERS.

Taylor has a B.A.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Waterloo and leverages his engineering and project management experience to guide the operational excellence and evolving capabilities of SLEEGERS’ manufacturing with a focus on meeting the current and emerging needs of our expanding customer base.
